Delivery charges will vary based on the destination of the shopper. Exact shipping charges will be viewed at the checkout page.
All international shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees as regulated by the Customs Office of your shipping destination. Fees may vary widely based on the country or city of import. Custom duties are not included in the shipping charges. Imposed custom duties, if any, are the responsibility of the shopper.
Please note that Custom Offices in some countries may require to provide a form of Identification such as Passport or any Government issued ID before releasing a shipment.

Customers are required to notify thethreadz.co of a defective item within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, otherwise it is deemed that the product was received in a good condition.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Once the exchange is approved by thethreadz Team , Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.

Returns are only allowed if an item is defective or not as described. Once the return is approved by thethreadz team, Items should be returned within 7 days, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with the original tags attached.
Customers would be eligible for a refund, which would be made back to their same credit/debit cards. In the event a payment was done through bank transfer, the refund will be done through a credit from thethreadz.co
Returns and refunds are not applicable for refusing to accept delivery of an order.
Cancellation
Shoppers can cancel their orders within 1 hour of purchase and refunds will be made back to the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed and note that amount refunded will be net of bank processing charges.
