Return & Exchange Policy

Reporting a Defective Item
If the item is defective or not as described, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. After this period, the item will be considered received in good condition.

Exchange
Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or not as described.
Once approved by the threadzthelabel team, the item must be returned within 7 days, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective or not as described.
Once approved by the threadzthelabel team, the item must be returned within 7 days, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached.

Customers are eligible for a refund to the same credit/debit card used for payment. If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued as store credit on threadzthelabel.

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in cases where the customer refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, with any applicable bank processing fees deducted from the refunded amount.
