threadzthelabel is based in the Kingdom of Bahrain and ships to various countries worldwide.
For made-to-order items, the preparation time ranges between 10 to 20 business days.

In some countries, customs authorities may require proof of identity—such as a passport or government-issued ID—to release the shipment.

Additionally, failure to meet delivery requirements (such as providing ID upon request) may lead to delays or cancellation of the shipment without eligibility for a refund or compensation.

Return & Exchange Policy

Reporting a Defective Item
If the item is defective or not as described, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. After this period, the item will be considered received in good condition.

Exchange
Exchanges are only allowed if the item is defective or not as described.
Once approved by the threadzthelabel team, the item must be returned within 7 days, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Customers are eligible for a refund to the same credit/debit card used for payment. If the payment was made via bank transfer, the refund will be issued as store credit on threadzthelabel.

Return or refund requests will not be accepted in cases where the customer refuses to receive the shipment without a valid reason.

Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within one hour of purchase.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method, with any applicable bank processing fees deducted from the refunded amount.
